• Excede works with you to bring your lifestyle, ideas and dreams to paper. We’ll create a customized layout and plan that will take your vision to fruition.

2. Create a Design and Select Materials

• You meet a professional designer at our design center to choose colors and materials for your home or office. You’re in the lead, but can relax and know that an expert will offer suggestions and pull together the details. Touch tile to determine how it’ll feel on your feet. Move color swatches around and find a combination that suits your taste. Open and close blinds and sense their ease of use on a daily basis. Discover your inner designer…with a professional right by your side.
• Excede’s professional designer gathers all that is you – your lifestyle, ideas, style and personality. S/he will guide you in selecting materials in order to create a harmonious, professional design. Together, you’ll create a beautiful home that’s a reflection of you.

3. Construction – Bring your vision to life

• You relax and watch your vision become a tangible reality. After you’ve approved plans and finalized materials, observe it in action. Each day, experience a new addition – new tile in the kitchen…a new wall up in the basement. Step by step, see your space develop.
• Even if you’re away from home or office during part, or all, of construction, we’ll stay in
  touch. Our 24-hour online software gives you access to your project via your computer or
  iPhone, so you can place, approve or change orders and view progress photos. You can also
  access construction milestones, schedules and important documents. So even when you’re
  away, you’ll still see results.
• Excede coordinates every detail of your remodel with careful consideration to you, your time and your privacy. We stay in touch and do our best to coordinate our schedule to best accommodate yours. Our communication with you is high priority – we want everything to run smoothly and to keep you well-informed. You’ll always know when and what progress occurs in your home or office. The ExCede companies – ExCede Construction Management and Excede Resort Improvements – were founded by Curt and Alma Winn, licensed general contractors, each with over 25 years of project and construction management experience. Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Curt and Alma started building mountain homes in 1981. In 1984, they moved to Denver and continued building custom homes. Three children and a couple of restaurants later, Curt began a long career with US Home in 1992. As senior vice president, he founded the Laureate Homes luxury homes division for US Home in 1996. While in that position, he built show homes in the 1999, 2000 and 2002 Parade of Homes. Alma was the founder and president of Legacy Construction Management, specializing in commercial tenant improvements.

Those years presented countless opportunities, contacts and experiences over the spectrum of the industry – from real estate to the trades. Through growing and struggling markets, they developed the systems and practices integral to an efficient and successful organization. Thus, Curt and Alma founded the Excede companies. Excede Construction Management, LLC was established in 2003. Excede Resort Improvements, LLC followed in 2007.

The Excede companies are based on the foundation of the Winns’ professional experience, absolute commitment to outstanding customer service, an exceptional product, and an unwavering value the Winns’ place on trust, integrity and professionalism.

Each of the Excede companies is staffed with a team of administrators and project managers who not only share the commitment to excellence in customer service, product and design, but also recognize the importance of operational efficiency and effective professional relationships to the successful completion of every project.
